What Is a Person of Peace?
A Person of Peace is someone who is spiritually open, relationally connected, and willing to receive you and your message. They often become the bridge into a wider social network or “oikos” (household/community).
Biblical Characteristics of a Person of Peace
Luke 10 Insights:
- Welcomes you and opens their home (v.5–7)
- Receives your blessing and shows interest (v.6)
- Sustains you and engages spiritually (v.7–9)
Matthew 10 Insights:
- Is “worthy” or influential in their home (v.13)
- Receives you and listens to your words (v.14)

What Do the Sent Ones Do?
