Movement happens in the Inside Outside Emerging Coaching Circle.
You don’t have to do disciple making alone.
Coaching for disciple makers.
Small circles. Experienced coaches. Your real context on the table — so what you learn keeps growing where you serve.
Coaching circles are forming now. Registration is not open yet — tell us you’re interested and we’ll be in touch first.
Join the interest listTraining gives you ideas. Coaching helps you act on them.
You attend, you learn, you leave inspired — and then real life and ministry catch up with you. DMM Coaching Circles live in that gap: you walk alongside an experienced coach and peers while putting disciple-making movement principles into practice in your own context.
Peer circle
A small group of six to eight people and one coach, meeting to talk through real situations.
Partner conversations
Short pair or small-group check-ins that ask the questions that keep progress moving.
Simple reflection
A brief, roughly 15-minute reflection: what you noticed, where there was momentum, and where you got stuck.
One clear next step
Not a long plan. One action you actually try, then bring back to the circle.
How a coaching circle meets
A thoughtful space with careful questions and peer discernment — not advice from the front of the room. Circles meet at times that fit the people in them.
Reflect. Share. Practice. Try one step. Return with what you learned.
- Arrive — personal connection, prayer, and a brief check-in.
- Share what you’re seeing — what is happening in your context.
- Work through real challenges — one or two situations, explored together.
- Practice a principle — Scripture, a case study, or a practical exercise.
- Choose a next step — each person names one clear action.
Six to eight people. One coach. Grouped by context, not rank.
Circles are grouped by shared context — never by prestige, title, or organizational rank. The circle is for discernment and encouragement, not evaluation.
Engaging a people or place
For individuals reaching a particular people group or community.
Church & disciple making
For pastors and church leaders who want disciple making to multiply.
Organizations & networks
For leaders of ministries, denominations, and networks supporting local movements.
Not sure which fits? Write what’s true on the form and we’ll help you think it through.
Coaching is relational before it is programmatic.
Designed so people can speak honestly
- Coaches who understand your region, with local languages wherever possible
- The option to change circles as your role evolves
- Stories shared in the circle stay confidential unless permission is given
- Coaching conversations stay separate from organizational reporting
- Circles are never used to evaluate employment or funding
Fifteen minutes. Not a reporting burden.
Between gatherings, a short reflection asks a few plain questions: what you noticed, where you saw openness, where things stalled, what surprised you, and what you want help thinking through.
We are still shaping the details, and your responses will help us do that.
Tell us about your context
We’re gathering interest to shape the first circles. This is not a registration or a commitment. The form takes a few minutes, and someone reviews every response and gets back to you personally.
