On a recent Coaching Circle call, Rick — working with former pastors in India and Sri Lanka — had a light bulb moment he described like this: he realized he’d been holding all the training himself. Visiting different places. Waiting until people were “successful enough” before inviting them into the process. Sound familiar? The breakthrough came when he stopped waiting and started building a leadership team. People who could train others in what they’d already learned. People who could own the process alongside him. Dennis, one of our circle participants, put it simply: the secret isn’t a program. It’s commitment, rhythm, and accountability. Weekly prayer. Regular Discovery Bible Study. Monthly check-ins.
